I have been trying desperately to change my routines for a while now,especially the part where I sleep at 12pm and wake up at 9am ! this is been going on ever since i started my career 10 years ago..steps Ive tried so far include

2 alarm(s) , both in laptop and manual with snooze in every 15 min recurring mode
set a goal to go to jogging early morning
stop watching movies after 10pm and try and force to sleep at 9pm

nothing is working
